Where do you ship to?
Due to the new EU regulations (PPWR and EPR), for now I only ship in Belgium!
Where are you located?
I am shipping from Belgium.
Can I also pick-up orders?
Yes, local pickup (Oud-Heverlee, Belgium) is possible. Please contact me when you want to pick-up a piece before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
I try to ship as quickly as possible! From June to September, orders can be shipped the next day. During the rest of the year, I study in another city, so please allow up to one week for processing.
How much does shipping cost?
For ceramics

All parcels always include insurance.
A tracking code will always be provided for ceramic orders.

These items are shipped only in envelopes and must be small enough to fit inside standard mail pakaging
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. Once the package is shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible and also reach out to your local delivery service. All parcels are insured, so the carrier should cover the cost of the damaged contents.
